One of these projects presented an initial obstacle in the form of a contaminated brownfield site, requiring Tiltcorp to formulate strategies for significant remediation and civil works, with detailed Cost Planning. The design for the 2,500m2 bulky goods retail building was then progressed, and ultimately constructed within the client’s original program.
