From its inception Tiltcorp has focused on responding to the property & construction market to seek out under-serviced segments of the industry. Our strength is our flexibility to respond to unique project requirements, which comes from the breadth of experience of our key personnel. Tiltcorp also seeks to understand specific projects and the requirements of stakeholders beyond the scope of our direct engagement, so that we can better deliver our service within wider project cycles.

  • Conon Beale

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    After starting his career working on iconic infrastructure & commercial structures in New Zealand, Conon moved to Australia to work with leading construction companies including Hutchinson Builders, FKP, Hindmarsh, & Mirvac Group.

    Conon founded Tiltcorp in 2005 and continues to operate as Managing Director. With core skills in estimating & project management, Conon’s day-to-day role on projects is to implement rigorous construction management methodologies, programming, estimation, & cost-planning. Conon is also a licensed builder and is the QBCC nominee for Tiltcorp.

  • TREVOR MILANOVIC

    DESIGN & ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

    With 20+ years industry experience in Architecture and construction-focused design management Trevor brings the knowledge to the front-end of our projects that assists in setting them up for successful delivery. As a registered Architect (QLD, NSW, ACT) that has worked on a variety of significant projects Trevor’s network of allied designers and engineers is enviable. Key to Trevor’s role is the ability to successfully liaise with stakeholders, coordinate with authorities and utility/asset owners, and resolve design/engineering challenges with consideration for the core project management principles of time, cost, & quality.

  • Tiltcorp’s Design Management service can be employed for the review of existing designs & to supplement &/or direct consultant teams, whether it be for the purpose of value-adding, cost reduction, marketability, buildability, design coordination, or peer review.

  • Our cost planning skills are invaluable for the early establishment of budgets, including program duration & associated holding costs. We can provide estimates on existing designs & documentation or use our extensive library of costing data & previous project experience to develop cost-plans for feasibility studies and initial concept designs.

  • Our construction services encompass greenfield sites, brownfield sites, civil works, traditional construction, modular & offsite prefabrication, remediation / reinstatement, refurbishments, fitouts, and maintenance. We bring a focus on professionalism and service as outlined above and deliver projects with maximum efficiency & skill.
